May. 22nd, 2005 02:31 pmWe were talking about Gorillaz costumes the other night -- Ronnie was talking about being Murdoc, cause he likes the skankiness of him for some reason (Murdoc = love) -- and I was talking about being 2D. Because he's just so damn cute.
There's 2 cds I'm out to get this week. Another copy of The Bravery's self-titled (cause my first one is almost dead O_o) and then "Demon Days" by the Gorillaz.
And for all of you who listen to either of these bands, that whole Killer's vs. The Bravery feud. The Bravery owns those little pussy asses and their whiny emo verbal-press slaps. Sure, I have the Killer's cd. But I also have the Bravery's and it's better. And also Brandon Flowers, the lead singer of the Killer's, needs to stop saying that every fucking new wave emo band that comes out is copying them, because they're not. And also, to be even more down to the line -- THE KILLERS MAKEUP IS UGLY. BOOOHA. Seriously, when a boy wears makeup it's not supposed to look like a female's makeup unless you are a drag queen Mr. Flowers. So stop trying to accuse all these bands of copying you just cause you're scared that someone is going to do better than you. (And wtf is with your lyrics while I'm at it, a "boyfriend that looked like a girlfriend I had in February of last year"...? Maybe that's why your makeup is so bad.)
I bought the first season of Scrubs this weekend, which I've been waiting for for months. It's random humor and awesome characters make me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. TEEEHEHE~ That show and Arrested Development have the same sort of random humor, which I love so much.
Alright, time to go do something productive. O_o I don't know what but something. I'm almost done with the J/TK soundtrack so maybe I'll finish that. XDDDD
