Here I am getting all nostalgic n' shit.
Mar. 29th, 2007 01:07 amOkay, so in the fall of 2003, I started a little lameass fanfiction called Simply Being Loved. It was a Star Wars fanfiction and featured (durh durh who else XD) Jacen and Tenel Ka. This was my outlet for nerdiness and my first piece of something with Gadell Vessau in it. I wrote like mad, all nonstop and crazy and I finished it near the end of December -- 26 chapters later.
My dumbass self decides to take on a sequel. I sez to myself, "Self, you can do it! It won't be hard! You'll finish in no time! It'll come easy to your brain!" Right-o. It's called Urbania's Void. Along with Jacen Solo, Tenel Ka & Gadell Vessau -- I throw Zekk into the mix and take them all on a wangsty, effed up trip to where ever the hell I put them. I start this story in January of '04. It is still not finished. I didn't touch it in '06 at all. For some reason, a bug had totally chomped me in the butt and I suddenly wanted to finish.
For the past couple weeks I've written like a mad little bitch again, much like I did with Simply Being Loved. For some reason I can't stop. O_O I haven't touched it for YEARS and all the sudden I'm like "(EIUIDFUJKSFDJ SDJ MUST FINISH YARRRRR~"
And now, three years later, minus some finishing touches -- with a prologue, epilogue and 40 chapters in between -- 86,174 words -- this bitch is done.
You know I amuse myself in photoshop with all these stories and crap and of course, after I finished it tonight, what did I start doing? UV shit in photoshop. Why? Because it's colorful. XD So now the story of these effing tools (I SAY THAT WITH LOVE) can finally come to a close -- in the case of The Feigned anyways. Heeee. Hmmm, now what to do exactly with those pictures, I don't know. Soundtrack cover perhaps? (Seeing as how I already have the Whole Damn Songlist from years ago. XD) I stopped fiddling with it all and just stared (also, mmmm throwback to the River/Laura-J/TK <3)~ hottttttttttttttt. fdsadf. buh.
