DUDE YOU GUYS. Jared and Sandy are THE CUTEST COUPLE EVER. I seriously giggled when I saw those pictures. I am in love with Sandy's "WTF" face in the second one.
Okay, so I bought a couple books this weekend, cause I need things to tide me over until Inferno and one of the books I got is called Velocity, by Dean Koontz. Oshit, it is amazing.
Bartender Billy Wiles's life spirals out of control after he finds a note on his windshield telling him that he has a choice: involve the police, and a lovely blonde schoolteacher dies. Do nothing, and an elderly woman active in charity work dies. His options only become harder once the killer targets people whom Billy knows and plants circumstantial evidence tying him to the crimes. His greatest fear is for his comatose fiancée, and he works frantically to find the murderer before Barbara is hurt.
I mean the dude just comes out of work and there's a note on his windshield and no matter what he does, SOMEONE DIES. D: Also, cover love! <33333333
It also makes me want to read one of my other favorite Koontz books again, The Voice of the Night.
Two young boys--one withdrawn and shy, and the other popular and confident--participate in a game for those with a dangerous fascination with death, an irresistible game with deadly implications.
And.
No one could understand why Colin and Roy were best friends. They were complete opposites. Colin was fascinated by Roy--and Roy was fascinated by death. Then one day Roy asked: "You ever killed anything?" And from that moment on, the two were bound together in a game to terrifying to imagine.
How can you not love a book that starts out with the line, "You ever killed anything?"
And this kids, is Roy Borden. An amazing little character with a fucked up little mind -- the bad part is I had a total crush on him when I first read the book. D: I also love how Colin's girl is named Heather. This book scared the crap out of me the first time I read it and I couldn't put it down. I loves me some pervy-evil-doomed boys. (see Long Walk, The)
I also bought Lisey's Story, by Stephen King. So that will be next. XD
But maybe I am going to go post on Revelry Junction now. Hehe~ ASHLEY JUST JOINED AS PETER MCVRIES. <3 So Ray will have a crazy-buddy later. And Tenel Ka needs to find out what happened to Allana or she'll bite her remaining hand off. D:
P.S. AHAHAHAHA TRANSFORMERS REVIEW. That just totally made my day.
144(!!!) minutes of lame. Robots pissing on people and slo-mo explosions with some cool effects and a crappy love plot. CLASSIC MICHAEL BAY.
