tenel_kaYeah, so my basement is an effing mess and it's always like this around this time of year. So here are some pictures of it and kind of half-done costumes but not really. ;D
This can also be called the "Heather is procrastinating with the costumes" post.
So here is the totally too-pink Maid Marian fabric for that crazy cloak she wears when she visits Robin and the merry men after they sing their awesome song. It's more pink than hers is, but it was also cheap. All eight-fucking yards of it. O_O Also, hers has sleeves, mine won't. It will just be a cloak. Hehe~
And here is the hobotacular $4 nightgown found at the thrift store to go under the cloak. She wears this crazy number where the bottom is pretty much see-through, so you can see the awesome chastity belt made of steel, but nothing will be see-through on this one like it is now because I will be wearing something under it, FOR REAL. THIS IS TOO WHORETASTIC FOR ME RIGHT NOW, WUT.
YJK!Tenel Ka gloves on the left and Poison Ivy gloves on the right. I love those TK gloves to death and I still have to lace up the bottoms. The Ivy gloves -- I was going to leave the fingers on, but I found this green nail polish that was too perfect, hence the snipped fingers. MUAH~
The Sirrus vest. <3 I'm in love with the colors and now I just need to make my Myst linking book and that shit will be done. Of course, who knows where I'll wear it, but I had to amuse myself and make a Sirrus costume. I loveseses him. Heart. XD
Random YJK!TK crap. Along with the old character guide, which Valerie and I scribbled in a long time ago. I crossed out where it says "WEAPON: NONE" and I wrote "STICK" and made an arrow to the stick she's holding. XD So that gray-green thing at the top is the bodysuit I'm using. The dark green crap on the left is the bottom layer of the bolero, not sewn yet and the brown thing with the beads is her little hip bag thing. The snake-print crap is what's left over of the fabric I'm using for the shorts, which aren't in the picture.
I had to make this one all ghetto and lopsided, just cause. XD I made the O's all backwards and the apostrophe is the bottom of an M. Awww, yeah. MUAH~
Ah yes, Cheez-Its and Pocky and water, the food of champions. Also good snacks when you are hunched over at the sewing machine at 4am. XD That gray thing on the chair is the Tempest!Tenel Ka jumpsuit.
Now let's pull back on that mess! There's the jumpsuit, on the chair. Craft/costume things, Wii box, packing material, stuffing, fabric, foam, spraypaint, star wars books, etc. ALL KINDS OF RANDOM SHIT, INSERT IT HERE. XD
And here's a bonus! My computer desk! That's obviously my monitor, with humping giraffes on top. The two sheets of paper behind it are my confirmations for the Hilton (Dragon*Con) and Coronado Springs (Disney World), there's the neon blinding green D*C confirmation card, Samuel L. Jackson, pictures of Hisashi, Kaoru, Hyde -- Team America, Clopin, Shredder, EFFING EVERYTHING. And there's Jacen Solo behind the monitor, Jacen Solo on the right taped on the cabinet, Kogepan, my Frankieheart, Republic Commando janks, lots of jesters, a picture of me and Amanda from Otakon as Tatsuya and Ulala, picture of me and Jason at Dragon*Con as Jacen and Tenel Ka, Austin Scarlett, CIII plane ticket stub, a Katsucon badge, the bottom of my Resident Evil 4 poster (Leon getting his head lopped off! Hot!), That Fucking Aeris Keychain, empty water bottle, empty yoohoo! bottle, MR. T BOBBLEHEAD, INSERT MORE RANDOM CRAP HERE. XD

I hope I have enlightened you in messes tonight. I think I might go work on my Rez wig now. Hur hur~

YUUUUSSSS! I was so happy to have found Pocky in my local Wal-Mart. I stock up on it by the truckload. I buy a big ol' box of Cheez-It's at Sam's Club.
