tenel_kaSo I finished Everything's Eventual last night. I think my favorite stories out of it were:
-- 1408 (Mike Enslin telling ice dude not to go in = classic)
-- Riding the Bullet (holy crap, I shouldn't have read this one before bed D:)
-- Luckey Quarter (totally wasn't a normal King story at all -- but snotty Paul was SO CUTE)
-- Everything's Eventual (I can't wait for Dinky when I read the Dark Tower books XD)
-- Autopsy Room Four (KJFJDFKJDFKFJDSJFS THE END KILLED ME. NO PEEN TOUCHING.)
-- All That You Love Will Be Carried Away (I cried D:)
-- The Road Virus Heads North (CREEPY. CREEEEEEEPY. But so good.)
-- Lunch at the Gotham Cafe (dude, this one was just nerve-wracking)
... shit, I just loved all of them. That Feeling, You Can Only Say What It Is in French and L.T.'s Theory of Pets were both really depressing once you got to the end, but they were really good too. They made me wibbly. D:

And costume question of doom! Anyone know how to make good shoe covers? I keep finding tutorials for boot covers, but I need to cover the ugly crocs for a costume. So if anyone knows any fun tips/ideas on how to make shoe covers... elastic? velcro? I AM SO CONFUSED. I'll just wrap my feet up in some fabric and tie it with a string. SHOE COVERS LIKE MAGIC!!!1
EDIT: I also totally scored on ebay tonight. We have a couple of old copies of some of those in the house but I don't want to jack them all up. I was already paranoid about carting around The Dark Half (I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN). And now I have a second copy of Lisey's Story. One can never have to many copies of that book. IT IS MAGIC. XD
