I was working on the J/TK fanmix #3 last night -- and this line is totally their relationship concerning Allana: "... for when the very thing that caused this woe is sometimes better than you know."

OH GAWD AND: "... waste all your time with me, I know I'm a mess right now, don't give up, believe -- I'd wait it out for you."

And a Jacen Caedus line!: "... all my friends are dead in a perfect scene." (<333333333333333 MUAHAHA)

This is definitely my most emotastic fanmix ever (and possibly the most angry). D: And I have a couple songs I need to swap out, depending on how the series ends, but yeah, this is like two discs full of absolute wangst. AND I LOVE IT.

No matter what I ever say these two are my ultimate OTP of doom and amazingness. I will cry my eyes out at a damn Star Wars book if he dies in Invincible. D:

But I will seriously be pissed off like mad if he bites it and there's no reaction from Tenel Ka and Allana. Or if there's a tossaway one-liner like, "Oh btw lol and the Queenie and her brat are so emo on Hapes cause of the death of their loverboy/papa. BACK TO THE FETTS NOW!"

I SAT IN TRAFFIC FOR TWO HOURS TONIGHT IT WAS AWESOME. Everyone was like OH GAWD FREEZING RAIN WHAT IS THIS WATER FALLING OUT THE SKY!?!? The best part was sitting at this uber-busy intersection and the power just goes out all around. The shopping center beside me was pitch black and the first thing I thought was, "OMG I'M GONNA GET OUT OF THE CAR AND PLAY SILENT HILL!"

*g* Don't worry - I'll be very unhappy if Jacen dies but heck, that's what 'AUs' are for. And he deserves a 'funeral' as one of the most underated (and abused) EU SW characters.

As for the Manadlores ... I've never seen the attraction there, and Bobba in my opinion is over-rated and past his sell by date.

I'm mostly worried (apart from the whole Jacen/Darth Caedus 'might die' angle) that like TK said, that his death will be brushed over and Tenel Ka and Allana ignored in favour of Bobba and co, which adds to making me touchy and even more fanatic. lol

Otherwise, RL rolls on as normal.

I'm as much a Jacen fangirl as the next person (not so much Caedy, though), but I don't dislike his family or anything.

Yeah, the Mandalores are a little dull and I skim over that part usually.

And I hope against all hope that he doesn't die in the end (but does get his due punishment), but if he does, it's done with dignity and angst. I will be in mourning for several months afterwards.

Re: Jacen's family. I actually quite like Han and Leia - in fact, I love watching them in the OT movies. It's only in the LOTF recently where I've cooled on them becuase of who they sided with (Corellia), and then supporting their son's assaination. (But still love them in the films!)

As for Luke...yeah, I liked him in the films but he's never been a fav.

As for Mara and Jaina ... I've disliked them from the first so you can imagine how I feel with someone I always disliked trying to kill my favourite SW EU character!

So yeah, his family won't be exactly be on my favourites if they bring about Jacen's/Caedus' death. (It doesn't help that I think the whole twin duel incredibly melodramatic and unsatisfying. {Come on, Han and Leia don't need Jaina trying to kill her brother}

I much rather see a huge Luke-Caedus battle, heck, even Caedus-Ben duel. I want to see a Jaina-Caedus fight as much as a I want a Leia-Luke duel: that is, not at all).

I could cope with the Mandalores better if I felt that their storyline was more than just there because Karen Traviss is a huge Mandalore/Bobba fan - otherwise, it reads as ill-fitting and simply irritating.

I hope he doesn't die and if he does it gets treated with dignity, but I fear it won't as does tenel_ka from her above post.

So, I'm almost more worried by how Cadeus' death will be treated than whether he will die! {Almost}

I will also be in mourning for a while, but I've a mantra: 'Remember: there is always pesonal canon. And that is what AUs are for. Long Live Jacen/Caedus!'

OH! I also hope, if they do plan to redeem him it isn't done in within the LOTF, becuase that would mean within the last few pages of 'Invinicble' he would actually have to feel remorse and repent. Just not, realistic and would sorely diminish the LOTF standard. What do you think?

Well, I'm sure they don't want to kill him, but if they have to, they'll do it. Especially since he's their only surviving son.

Now I like Jaina and the whole twin dynamic she had with Jacen (which is now ruined).

My hope is that he lives, but he is stripped of the Force and sent into exile for awhile or something. You can bet that his whole relationship with everyone is irrevocably ruined.

And since the whole series is basically revolved around him, I doubt they just leave his future up in the air. They'll give him a proper send off, to be sure. I just wonder what the future lies in store.
