I am the only person in the world not uber-orgasmic about the release of Batman, AND I APOLOGIZE. So this entry has nothing Batman-related like my whole friendslist, LOL. SORRY GUYZ. :(

Although, I would like to see the Terminator trailer on a big screen, hello. And under this cut I gush about Terminator. )

Okay, my back is fucking killing me. The ride to work and home every day is kind of okay until I get to maybe the last five minutes (the ride takes me about half an hour) and then I'm in so much pain I want to scream. I have to get up every twenty minutes at my desk and walk around. Twelve ibuprofen and four muscle relaxants a day aren't doing anything.

So I get to wait this out, pretty much. I'm tempted to go get the x-ray on Monday. But I have a dentist appointment. And I haven't been the dentist in five years. So I'm too busy worrying about that. Broken ass, a billion problems with the teeth, no doubt -- and there's so much crap I want to get done on the weekends and I WON'T BE GETTING ANY OF IT DONE THIS WEEKEND, IT LOOKS LIKE.

(THE FALL DVD ON SEPTEMBER 9TH. :D)

(RESIDENT EVIL 5 ON MARCH 13, 2009. :D)

Also, I want to eat the fact that Final Fantasy XIII is gonna on the Xbox 360 and not just the Playstation 3. OUCH SONY LOL.

CV?

Celebration V rumored cities.

I'm assuming if it was in Baltimore it would be in the same convention center as Otakon. I would love it if it was in Baltimore, for obvious reasons -- but Baltimore is a big suckfest to drive in. D:

Orlando. Well, if they had it there and it was in the convention center I'm thinking of then it would be AMAZING. But the pull of Disney World would mean I would be there the whole time and not at Celebration. SORRY, STAR WARS. WALT DISNEY HAS GOT YOU PWNED ON MY LIST OF PRIORITIES.

(Also, you killed my favorite character and Disney never does that shit.)

BALTIMORE FTW?

(The Fall is still playing in Shirlington and I'm like KJFDSJKHFJSDHFDSJ ONE MORE TIME?)

IT'S SUGAR.

djfkdsjf that movie was even more amazing the second time around. I also caught the fact that Alexandria liked the slave and the indian because she "knew" them. The others she wasn't so sure of (orderly/Darwin & "pirate" actor/Luigi). Lee Pace crying is the most hypnotizing thing ever. Oh oh oh and him in makeup. And the look he gets before the masked bandit is suddenly french. YES. I CAN'T YES ENOUGH. I think my favorite line/delivery is: "IT SAYS ALL OF THAT ON THAT LITTLE LOCKET...?" And Alexandria when she flips out over the dead body and is all, "WAKE UP OR THEY'LL CUT YOU UP."

OH MAAAAAAAAAN. Mia Michael's killed it on SYTYCD last week with the group routine. I was so happy to see Mark leading (he was so perfectly creepy for the role) and the song (THAT SONG, I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE USED THAT SONG <3). Not to mention the whole feel of it. It took Wade's zombies and Mia's own Danny-in-a-skirt routine and threw them together and added a whole crack-circus theme. I loved it.

PARTAKE IN THE CRAZY-MAZINGNESS.

...and I've started posting on IMDb forums. This... this is bad. D: So far I've dropped posts in the Clue, So You Think You Can Dance, Stephen King, Bag of Bones, Wall-E and I Love the new Millennium forums. Hehehehe. And you can bet your ass I will be all over The Long Walk board when that jank goes up.

EW.com is doing their NEW CLASSIC lists and they released the first 25 of the top 50 for the NEW CLASSIC VIDEO GAMES. Silent Hill 2 made the list at 44! :O THAT EXCITES ME. Psychonauts at 43! KOTOR at 30! BIOSHOCK AT 28! :D

I will be shocked if number one isn't something like GTA or Halo -- or if those two aren't at least in the top five.

(LOL, iReporters on Starfbucks closing a number of their stores and why a lot of them don't give a shit:

"I already have to spend $4 a gallon on gas, why would I spend $4 for 12 oz of coffee?"

"You're kidding me, right? Anyone heard of the Mr. Coffee machine? You can get one for $15, and set it to have your coffee ready for you when you roll out of bed, then it turns off an hour later so as not to burn your house down should you forget to turn it off."

I also will never forget someone's awesome quote on Time Magazine's website when all Starbucks stores closed for three hours one day for mandatory employee retraining or some shit awhile back: "I'm not sure why it's going to take them three hours to learn how to press a button.")

HEH. WHAT?

So I'm about 95% sure I'm going to see The Fall again either tomorrow or the next day. This is odd because, yes, I am not a fan of movie theaters (and omg the PRICE). But this movie is totally eating my mind and I want to go see it again so bad.

I think the last movie I saw more than once in the theaters was either Revenge of the Sith or Napoleon Dynamite. More than two years ago. :| And that should be enough to show how enamored I am with this movie. Hehehe~

Dragon*Con is lucky I'm already bringing eight costumes to it or I would so make the Masked Bandit's outfit from The Fall.

(THOSE PANTS CONSUME ME AND I COULD NOT STOP LOOKING AT THEM. THEY ARE GIGANTIC AND AMAZING.)

And dude, to add to the kid in that movie -- her awesomeness. The IMDb trivia page for The Fall says: "Catinca Untaru [Alexandria] didn't speak English. She learned her lines by heart."

Also...

"A miscommunication between the casting agent and Catinca Untaru led her to believe that Lee Pace was a real-life paraplegic. Director Tarsem Singh found that this brought an added level of believability to their dialogue, so he decided to keep almost the entire cast and crew under the same impression. Singh had to speak to the actor playing Alexandria's father and explain that his role was smaller than it appeared, since the script implied that he played the role of the bandit (actually played by Pace) in the fantasy scenes. Apparently it was hard to keep up the lie - a makeup artist walked into a room to find Pace standing and almost passed out from shock."

Heeeeee~

So Ronnie, Erin, Jeremy, Alex and I went to go see The Fall earlier tonight. I loved it, but the longer I sit here and think about it the more I adore it.

TRAILER! The imagery = ksdjfaksjdfk eyegasm and the storyline is a big A+ -- I also love the way the characters/items/everything fit everywhere in the story. And I also loved how the story just deteriorated into a big mess when Roy was hitting the bottle and all that. YESSSSS.

Kids usually annoy the crap out of me in movies. I was absolutely in love with Alexandria. She acted like a little kid and not some pretentious snot-nose little tool you see in most movies.

Also, I am in love with Lee Pace. He was one big YES PLEASE in this movie. The way he snakes from this charming, endearing OH-SO-CUTE fellow into this manipulative, sleazy thing ("I think he stole something of mine.") -- yet I STILL FELT BAD FOR HIM. NO NO YOU DON'T NEED THE MORPHIN3 MORPHINE.

BTW, his actress crush/ex-girlfriend chick was a bitch.

ALRIGHT, RAMBLING INCOHERENTLY SLEEP TIME.
