Okay, I don't read comics. The only one I ever really got into was Runaways -- and then it turned into a TEEN DRAMU TIME TRAVELING HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL WITHOUT THE MUSIC BUT WITH POWERS AND LOTS OF CAMEOS (Gert + Chase = OTP[?] came and I was out) and I sold all of my issues except the first one (signed by Jo Chen) and went back to my comicless existence.

But this one looks kind of interesting. Plus, it's been out for a long while, meaning I can read through the paperbacks and not drop money on an issue every however often.

Maybe I will go to a bookstore and flip through one first. I don't want to be let down again. D:

And okay, it is really hard to read about your favorite characters dying, or to watch them die once in a movie and junk... BUT IT SUCKS SO HARD TO WATCH THEM DIE OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. AND GET DECAPITATED. AND SMOOSHED. AND SHOT. AND EATEN. AND IMPALED. AND HIT BY A TRUCK. AND BLOWN UP. AND CHOKED. AND STABBED IN THE HEAD BY AN ARROW. AND KNIFED. AND ELECTROCUTED. AND DROWNED. XD

Okay, for real though. The cabin sequence in Resident Evil 4 (opening cinematic [0:00 - 1:17] and the subsequent ZOMBIE SWARM FROM ALL SIDES -- and then the last cabin scene [1:17 - 1:44] -- and Leon totally looking effing pimp in the doorframe for the final shot) is one of my favorite video game sequences ever. Almost up there with dressing Cloud Strife in drag to impress Don Corneo in Final Fantasy VII.

For actual gameplay of the EFFING CRAZY SWARM OF BRAINSSS, hit about 2:15 -- when they start coming in the windows and climbing up the stairs. D: I love shoving zombies off of ladders. Hehe. It's pretty much like a whole five minutes of "OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT" when I'm playing this part.

And speaking of gaaaaaames. Persona. I have fallen in love with the series once more, because playing the third game has made me want to go back and play the others. I started a new game of the first in the series for the billionth time and I had forgotten how much I loved it. (WHY IS THE MUSIC IN THESE GAMES SO DAMN BRILLIANT? Aaaaaand Mary is kind of a tool. A confused, lost soul, little tool. BUT I STILL LOVE HER LIKE MARK DOES. I also dig when alternate-T.J. is like "NATE WHY DO YOU HANG OUT WITH THESE LOSERS?" And Nate just kind of looks at them and is all, "I have no idea.") This also means Nocturne and Digital Devil Saga and Devil Summoner will be started again as well. I WAS DRINKING CIELO MIST IN PERSONA 3. YAH BRUDDA~ XD

Also, the Silent Hill 5 game footage looks effing amazing. WELCOME BACK WEEKEND-LATE-NIGHTS-OF-VIDEO-GAME-PLAYING. I MISSED YOU. D:

P.S. I have finally decided that the fandom that has the most hot boys in it is... is... MEGATEN YOU GUYS SERIOUSLY. Yes, even over Final Fantasy and Star Wars. Sorry, dudes.

Come on: Narumi (period hottie!), Heat (his name AUTOMATICALLY MAKES HIM HOT), Junpei, and on this page Tatsuya/Katsuya/Eikichi/Jun/Nate, and also Main/Mark/Nate(again)/Brad, and my favorite old Chris/young Chris -- there's a type of boy for EVERYONE. And that's not even all of them. PLUS, COOLEST OUTFITS EVER. FASHION SENSE BOYS. (NOT POTHOLDERS! OR BELTS.) These darlings have style and class (well, okay Mark might be missing the class, but he has A COOL YELLOW HAT). And nice hair. And hot. (I think I might go with hottest chicks in this fandom too.
