Haha, so very glad this didn't happen. Especially since LotF was supposed to be IN YO' FACE and GRITTY. This would've been so cheap. SAW LOTS OF BABY ANIMALS AT THE PITTSBURGH ZOO THIS WEEKEND. I will have to get the pictures off my camera. Seal, beavers, deer (one of which followed Nate all wobbly and it was so cute) -- it was a very cute trip to the zoo. ALSO YAY SEEING VALVAL AND BRIBRI. And the bakery and lots of junk food and Mario Party, lololol. XD

I'll also be putting in a Boo'ya Moon is for Lovers bumper sticker, something with Frank West and wars (he covers them, you know) cause that's one of the best lines in a video game ever, more Silent Hill stuff and some Star Wars: EU stuff. I have way too much fun with this thing.

Remember how I said I loved youtube for all the Adventures in Wonderland episodes? I decided to go onto youtube and search for other things that corrupted me in my childhood. Also known as, REALLY AWESOME COMPUTER GAMES, THX.

And to my surprise! OMG VIDEOS!!!!11 I AM EXCITED AS ALL HELL RIGHT NOW. O_O

1.) Phantasmagoria - 1995 - Sierra -- NIGHTMARES ALL OVER THIS SHIT I WAS 10 WHEN MY MOM AND I PLAYED IT. Now tell me, as cheesy as the acting is and shit, should a 10 year old see this blood and guts and not be phased (total gore warning at the end of that video, OH MY GAWD LIEK BAD)? I was like, "LOL BITCH BRING IT!"

I also love seeing other people commenting on it and remembering this effing awesome game. This is the best: "That'll teach her to get his drain cleaner when he wants it!!!" And, "Don rules."

That game was the shit. And dude, watching this over again, this game is way gorier than I remember it. O_O


2.) Shivers & Shivers II: Harvest of Souls - 1997, methinks - Sierra -- GOGYENG IS AFRAID OF WATER. I always loved both of these games. The music was astounding as all get out and I loved in the second game how you had these friends and they were in a band. And they left you clues in music videos on what you're supposed to be doing in the game (THE PASSWORD IS OLIVIA'S NAME, BACKWARDS, DID YOU GET THAT?:???//). Lemme tell you, I knew all the words to every Trip Cyclone song, DIG IT. I was pissed when I would stick my gum over the hypnotizing tv light and turn it on hoping for a music video and I'd get fucking Darkcloud with his horny paper bag on his head. LOSER.

Fun note: there are at least ten Kingdom Hearts fan music videos on youtube that use Trip Cyclone songs. HAHA SWEET.


3.) Myst/Riven/Exile/Revelation - 1993, 1995, etc. - Cyan, etc. -- You know I couldn't leave them out. I think these corrupted me the most! XD I can't even begin to tell you the hottness of this series. Effing GORGEOUS. And the music, DFJ:KSDJfjkashdf s fda;kjsd fksj dj guh. In my humble opinion, Aitrus/Ti'ana/Keta/Gehn/Atrus/Catherine/ Sirrus/Achenar/Yeesha have way, way, way higher family therapy bills than the Solo/Skywalker clan -- and that's saying a crapload, if you ask me. I mean, Grampa's trying to kidnap Mom and get her to marry him again, guys. Oh wait, now my brother is trying to steal little sister's mind. All in a day and crap, amirite.


4.) EVERY OLD SIERRA GAME EVER; Laura Bow, King's Quest, etc. - 80's-90's -- SERIOUSLY. BEST TRIBUTE EVER. Hit up 1:43 - 3:00 for King's Quest and 3:50 for the best LSL screen ever. You haven't played computer games till you've played this shit. <3 I still want like hell to see a Leisure Suit Larry at a convention. And a King Graham. If I had a dollar for everytime I would type, "KILL YOURSELF" in the early King's Quest games, I WOULD BE RICH. Also, LAURA BOW = LOVE. Creepy music! X's for eyes! Gloria is a bitch!


5.) MONKEY ISLAND SERIES omgomgomgogmogmgomgomgogm - Lucasarts! -- DUDE. DUUUUUDE. I can't even tell you how awesome this series is. I want Guybrush Threepwood's babies. A lot of fans brushed off Escape from Monkey Island, but I think the intro sums up the series quite nicely. XD "I WANT TO BE A PIRATE."


And for good flashback measure, if you haven't seen the movie Clue -- that corrupted me horribly as well -- you should do so now. NOOOOOOOW. NOOOOOWWWWW.
